Replace/Exchange Eligibility

You are eligible for a replace/exchange only under the following circumstances:

  • If the items are damaged, please contact us immediately and send photos of the damaged items within 24 hours of receiving your order via email or WhatsApp.
  • If you receive items that do not match what you ordered, please notify us promptly.
  • If damaged return can be made in 3-4 days.

To be eligible for a replace or exchange, please retain your receipt or proof of purchase.

Raise a Replace Request

To raise a replace request, please contact our support team at yuckquee@gmail.com. If your replacement is accepted, you will receive a Tracking ID once the replacement has been dispatched from our hub. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If you identify any defects, damages, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and take appropriate measures to rectify the situation.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged due to their nature. These include perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants), custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products). Additionally, we do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any concerns regarding your specific item, please get in touch with us for clarification.

Refunds

If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will contact you promptly. Upon your request, a refund will be initiated, and you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Refunds can take 5-6 working days to be processed.

Damaged Goods

If you discover any defects in the skin, such as fitting issues or glue problems, please email us images of the received skins within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. After examining the images, we will discuss the issue with you and arrange for a replacement. The lifespan and fitting of the skin depend on proper application as per the instructions provided. We prioritize delivering the best products and providing exceptional support to our customers. We kindly request that you reach out to our team directly to address any concerns rather than resorting to defamatory actions on social media platforms. Any such actions will be subject to necessary legal remedies.

Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Cancellation requests for orders can be made within 12 hours of placing the order. Please note that a cancellation fee of 18% of the total order value will be deducted from the refunded amount. Once an order is successfully placed and processed by the payment gateway, cancellation and refund requests cannot be entertained due to the customized nature of our products. Refunds will only be considered under specific circumstances, such as non-delivery, failed shipment, or unserviceable location. For further details, please contact us.

Incorrect or Outdated Delivery Address

Refunds will not be provided in cases where delivery fails due to an incorrect or outdated delivery address. If our courier partners make three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the buyer will be liable to pay INR 60 as RTO charges for returning the products to our warehouse. The products will be reshipped with updated details, and no refund or design change requests will be entertained in such circumstances.

Goods Undelivered Due to Customer Issues

If an order does not successfully arrive at the provided delivery address within the recommended time frame, please contact us using the provided contact information. We will work with you to process a re-shipment and ensure that you receive the product you paid for. Please note that refunds will not be given for undelivered items, as delivery is beyond our control once the item has left our warehouse.

Customized Orders

For custom orders where specific wallpapers/images are printed on the skin, the customer bears the responsibility for any copyright or intellectual property violations. We do not assume any liability in this regard. While we have taken measures to protect the privacy of uploaded custom images, we cannot guarantee absolute confidentiality. Please ensure you have the necessary rights to use and reproduce any custom images you provide.
